LINNY CO is a fast-growing jewelry brand known for our lightweight, hypoallergenic earrings and commitment to exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team and help ensure orders are shipped accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer and wholesale orders with speed and accuracy
• Process returns and exchanges, ensuring items are inspected and restocked correctly
• Assist with receiving and organizing incoming inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through routine inventory counts and cycle counts
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and communicate issues to management
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently
• Assist with special projects, display assembly, and other warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds throughout the day
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory experience is preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed

We need someone here five days a week, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM at minimum. Full-time hours to 5:00 PM are preferred, but we're happy to work with the right person on scheduling (for example, if you need to do school pick-up and drop-off).
