From Nap Time Designs to National TV: My Day on The View

Years ago, I was designing earrings during nap time.

This week, LINNY CO was featured on The View for their Female Founder segment.

Walking Into the Studio

When I first walked into the studio at The View, it felt surreal. The lights. The stage. The energy.

I kept thinking about the early days — packing orders at the kitchen table, testing samples, reworking designs, learning everything the hard way. Building a jewelry brand from scratch as a mom with a dream doesn’t look glamorous most days.

But standing there, representing LINNY CO, I felt overwhelming gratitude.

Built by a woman.
Led by family.
Backed by the best customers in the world. 

A Full-Circle Moment I’ll Never Forget

One of the most special parts of the day happened before we even started filming.

I was there alongside Alli Webb, founder of Drybar and Messy Hair Care - someone I’ve admired for years as a fellow female founder.

As I introduced myself, I noticed something familiar sparkling in her ear.

She was wearing our Clara Cross flatback stud.

Not styled by a TV producer.
Not gifted for the show.
She had purchased them at a store because she loved the brand.

In that moment, I had to pause. Of all the earrings in the world, she chose ours. On her own. Before ever meeting me.

We instantly connected. We talked about building brands as women, the highs and lows, motherhood, growth, and what it really takes behind the scenes. By the end of the day, it felt like I had made a new friend.

It was one of those quiet affirmations from God that you’re on the right path.
