Lindsey, better known as “Linny,” is the Founder and CEO of LINNY CO.

When Lindsey was little, her father would take her by the shoulders, look her in the eyes, and have her repeat after him, “Dream big dreams.” At the time, she didn’t realize how much those words would shape her life.

Years later, sitting at her kitchen table with babies at her feet, Lindsey began designing jewelry she wished existed — pieces she could sleep in, swim in, chase kids in, and truly live in. Jewelry that felt effortless, safe, and beautiful in the middle of real life.

What began as a small dream has grown into LINNY CO — proudly female-founded and family-operated in Dallas, Texas, built alongside her husband and inspired daily by their children.

Every piece is thoughtfully designed with hypoallergenic materials and created to move with you, not slow you down.

Meet the LINNY CO Team

LINNY CO is based in Dallas, Texas and is run by husband and wife team, Jarrod & Lindsey Williams.

JARROD

President

Jarrod Williams is the Co-Owner & President of LINNY CO. Jarrod is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University where he played baseball and met our girl, Linny. The key to his heart? Sports. Any sport, any time, any where. His favorite team? Hard to say, but he’s not above waking in the middle of the night for a Liverpool football match. Speaking of football, he prays every season that his beloved Cowboys won’t break his heart.

PAIGE

Chief Operations Officer

Born and raised in Dallas, Paige is a big fan of sunshine, sparkles, and a perfectly packed itinerary. After heading to the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) for college, she made her way back to Texas, where she’s usually hopping on a flight, planning her next boat day, or snagging tickets to the latest musical on tour. Paige never says no to a girls’ night, a new adventure, or a good sports game.

JANELLE

Director of Wholesale

Janelle is LINNY CO’s beloved Director of Wholesale. You’ve probably met Janelle at Market or spoken to her over the phone. Shocked that she's a native of California? We know… she’s a southern girl at heart. Always game for a girls night, Janelle loves adventure and travel. She may have grown up on a dairy farm, so don’t let her hot pink high heels fool you… she’s not afraid to get her hands dirty!

MELINDA

Director of Fulfillment and Customer Service

Melinda is enjoying a new chapter in life and loves the joy and energy she feels being part of the LINNY CO team. She is mom to a lovely daughter and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Melinda has intentions of being an avid reader but hasn't made a dent in her stack of books in a while. It turns out, she'd rather wait for the movie.

DABNEY

Manager of Social Media and Email Marketing

Dabney is a Louisiana girl but she loves her new home in Dallas. She loves all things fashion, food and art. You’ve probably seen her on our Instagram and TikTok. Dabney likes to spend her time trying new restaurants with friends, catching a Pilates class and cheering on the LSU Tigers!

TAILYN

Social Media Associate

Tailyn is a Texas girl who loves connecting with people and making memories wherever she goes. She’s all about spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and sharing her adventures along the way. When she’s not out hiking or soaking up the sun, she’s at home with her two cats, enjoying cozy moments and a good laugh. For Tailyn, life’s all about good company, good vibes, and finding joy in the little things.

MARY

Project Coordinator

Mary has called Dallas home all her life, and she loves sharing it with her husband and kids. When she’s not exploring the city with her family, you’ll find her camping under the stars or planning their next travel adventure.

AIDAN

Photographer

Aidan is a busy wife, mama and photographer from DFW. She is passionate about Jesus, all things creative, and helping others feel loved and confident. One of the ways she loves to do this is through photography! She loves getting to celebrate all sorts of seasons - from weddings, to newborns, to grads, to helping brands THRIVE. She has been behind (and in front) of the lens with LINNY CO since 2017.
